Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud

Sales Cloud is what SFDC customers (and the world at large) commonly think of when they imagine "Salesforce CRM." SFDC's completely flexible platform is a favorite for organizations that run things a little differently. However, sometimes getting a little too creative can reduce the software's effectiveness. SalesWorks helps take organizations back to the fundamentals of what they need out of their SFDC org so they can achieve more with it.

Sales enablement tools are intelligent sales communication platforms that leverage automation and templating so sales teams can simply do more with their time. Scaling sales activity tends to be the easy part with sales enablement tools, however; taking the right steps with planning campaigns, using automated triggers, and sending the right data back to a connected CRM are all areas where SalesWorks can assist on an ongoing basis.

Do You Need a System Operations Assessment?

There are several advantages to having a Remote Systems Administration. These can be:

Advantages of Remote System Management

The average salaries for CRM or marketing automation administrators are typically over $60,000 per year, according to Glassdoor. Considering additional costs for workspace accommodations, licensing, benefits packages, and more, there are huge cost savings to be realized through outsourcing.

Investing in internal employees' technology education is both costly and can interfere with workload. Furthermore, basic certifications and online courses often lack support for teaching applied skills. SalesWorks consultants have the know-how to not only support your goals, but to help guide you toward the right choices for your business.

Operations teams often need to work within sprints to complete projects efficiently and in line with other company initiatives. Workload management requires involvement from a supervisor, or even a specific hire tasked solely with project management. SalesWorks OaaS teams take care of time management and accountability to you can stay focused on results.

In-house systems administrators tend to move very quickly between projects, ticket resolution, meetings, and countless other workday activities that can often interfere with a key part of admin work: documentation. Because SalesWorks works in a remote capacity, documentation is even more crucial to client success, meaning your organization can remain aware of important system changes.

Testimonials

The attention to detail Shabri and the team put in to the preparation of the bespoke training courses is fantastic. It gave my team a lot of confidence that SalesWorks had put in time and effort to really understand the team, their strengths and their areas of improvement. If you are looking to help your SDR or BDR teams make the step to the next level you'll be hard pushed to find a better partner than SalesWorks

Will Davidson, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

SalesWorks has helped us double the size of the team by hiring quota-carrying reps, has reduced our onboarding time from 3 months to 3 weeks and driven performance improvements. They helped us with new processes and KPIs which has had a huge impact over the last 6 months.

Jonathan Jorgensen, Chief Sales Officer

With Shabri’s guidance, training and call coaching we were able to get our BDRs up to speed quickly and on the phone driving opportunities in less than 4 weeks’ time. We now have processes in place that will allow us to continue to grow and expand the team. I would highly recommend SalesWorks for any organization that is looking to start up an inside sales team or improve how they are currently operating.

Mike Barbour, VP of Sales

I attended a SalesWorks sales leadership workshop and I found the day to be extremely enlightening and interactive. It was great to share and learn with the group in an interactive environment. The workshop allowed me to identify key areas to increase motivation, productivity and efficiency gains which overall resulted in significant positive change.

Alex Ball, VP of Sales

Over the course of my career, I have used consultants for many projects with different degrees of success. What sets SalesWorks apart from others is their ability to quickly develop a collaborative relationship with the team and build a practical plan. The program they recommended will remain a part of our business long after the project completion.

Tom Ogburn, Chief Revenue Officer

A genuinely helpful workshop that enabled me to reflect on my current process and give my presentation skills a serious upgrade. I’d strongly recommend this workshop to any SDR that is serious about sharpening their skills. If you want to take your prospecting to the next level, receive valuable feedback on your current approach and hone your presentation skills then get involved!

Tom Boston, Sales Development Rep

When choosing the right training for your team – it’s key to consider the impact and influence on an individual’s development. I had a high performing rep who lacked confidence and ability to publicly communicate within a meeting. After attending the SalesWorks workshop, they were able to present at our sales kick-off and educate other sales people. This is priceless.

Louise Agostini, Managing Director

Since attending SalesWorks open workshops, my SDRs have sharpened their skills, improved morale, and increased performance for SQLs generated and funnel conversions. They have a better understanding of the sales process, and our team spirit is flourishing. As for myself, training with individuals in similar roles from different industries has been invaluable. I’d highly recommend SalesWorks for any SDR!

Felicitas Coulibaly, Head of Inside Sales

The SalesWorks team has that rare ability of being able to listen well and then deliver relevant, real-world practical advice based on their excellent knowledge of selling, that directly impacts the actions of your sales teams.

Operations as a Service FAQs

Q: What does systems administration usually include?

Systems administration on business platforms tends to involve maintenance and upkeep work, assisting end users with troubleshooting, and handling small projects. Here are some examples of each:

  • Maintenance and upkeep: Records cleanup, data QC reviews, software update rollouts
  • End user support: Troubleshooting errors, software training, data imports & exports
  • Small projects: Investigating integrations, building automated processes, segmentation or reporting builds

Q: Would SalesWorks be my full service support team?

OaaS services tend to cover regular admin tasks, which can include troubleshooting support for your platform. However, some issues need to be escalated to the technology service provider. In those events, SalesWorks will participate in ticket management and interfacing with support teams to help resolve issues.

Q: How do I communicate with my systems admin?

SalesWorks primarily communicates via email so that we can best maintain records of work requests, progress updates, and approvals. However, to be as responsive as possible, your SalesWorks team members can also be integrated into your chat collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams for quick requests.

Q: Pricing — How much do outsourced operations services cost?

SalesWorks OaaS pricing starts at $2,000.00 per month on a quarterly (3-month) commitment, which tends to be an appropriate scope for companies with sales teams of about 20 total end users. Depending on your organization's regular needs, it may make sense to secure more hours for your agreement.

Admin workloads aren't always predictable, so SalesWorks also supports requests for additional time beyond your base retainer at a rate of $200.00 per hour. This gives your team the flexibility to push through special requests in addition to regular workload, if required.
