Shabri started her career as an SDR and brings over 10 years of experience within the inside sales and sales development space , where she spent 7 years at the largest fintech in Europe, private equity owned, Finastra. Shabri spent 3 years in the UAE building the team for Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific from scratch where she built a deep understanding of nuances and considerations when building out international sales teams. At Finastra, she successfully built a global team from 2 to 50 people, whilst creating a revenue generating inside sales team closing an additional £3m annually. In 2018, Shabri started SalesWorks - a global training and consulting firm purely focused on sales team development that has reimagined the legacy approach to training.

Jonathan brings a decade of experience in finance to SalesWorks, having worked in companies large and small. He was most recently on the management team of a digital health startup, helping to scale up through Series A and beyond. With a penchant for leveraging sound financial data to make decisions, he is passionate about driving businesses forward through impactful partnerships with sales and marketing leaders.
Fabiana graduated from Brown University with a degree in International Relations and went straight to work executing demand generation programs for clients globally. Fabiana draws on her diverse experience across technology marketing and strategy consulting to create custom-built inbound and outbound campaigns for her clients, specializing in a multi-channel approach including prospecting, lead lifecycle nurture, ABM, and paid digital.
Ceci De Benedictis
Cecilia brings experience from 6 years at Google; within both the UK and MENA Sales Teams, and as a Programme Manager for Google [X]. Ceci joined SalesWorks after a short break from the corporate world, where she was raising her family and running a startup. When not managing demand generation for SalesWorks, Ceci runs competitively and is an enthusiastic, but not always successful Cook.
Alzaysha joined Salesworks following a successful sales career in the hospitality industry for major brands such as Marriott Hotels. Alzaysha brings experience and knowledge in sales, business development, and training. During her career, Alzaysha served as chair on her company's Diversity and Equality board. After working in multiple sales positions, Alzaysha found her passion for training and development. In her free time, Alzaysha is an avid lover of the outdoors, traveling, astronomy, and photography. Her favorite quote she tells developing teams is "For there is always light if only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it" by Amanda Gorman.
Cara started her sales career in travel and hospitality before working as a sales leader in the fintech industry, where she found her love of training and development. She then became a sales coach for SaaS businesses. Cara is passionate about using her varied experiences to create and deliver invigorating yet digestible training, which communicates the science of sales and how to practically apply the theory with each person's unique flare. In her free time, Cara loves to travel and explore new cultures, as well as being an adrenalin junky. She also likes to challenge herself creatively through aerial arts, dancing or playing the piano.
Alexandra is the Contracts Administrator at SalesWorks. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and completing her first year of law school at Florida A&M University College of Law, she joined the workforce initially in the nonprofit and government sectors. Law and compliance are two areas in which Alexandra is interested both professionally and personally. She hopes to continue to use her expertise to fiercely and fairly advocate for clients. In her spare time she enjoys challenging herself to cook without using recipes, watching documentaries, and serving as the Membership Chair and a founding member of her alma mater’s Multicultural Alumni Network.
Jennifer began her first job in the business world as Marketing Director for a real estate company in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. In that position, she was instrumental in generating a 400% increase in sales over the 4 years of her tenure. From there, she launched her own marketing & graphic design business which she ran for 5 years before making the leap into sales. She spent the next 13 years working with a number of businesses in territory development and territory expansion, developing a very distinguished resume which demonstrates great success in sales / marketing / management / relationships. She has repeatedly been the top Salesperson in her company. Jennifer joined the Blarney Ventures / SalesWorks family in 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition. She brings enthusiasm and experience to this position and looks forward to maximizing opportunities & efficiencies while making sure that we always have a well-qualified team in place to provide the finest level of service to each of our Clients.
MJ graduated from Elon University in North Carolina, where he majored in International Business. He spent 6 months in Beijing studying the culture and building off the 7+ years of Mandarin experience he had prior. MJ started his sales career as an IT Consultant at a Fortune 500 company, working with Saas companies, and soon after transitioned into working with startup companies as both a Sales Manager and individual contributor. His passion for sales and enabling his sales professionals to perform to their best abilities ignited his interest in sales enablement. By finding the best tools for the job, along with proper training, he finds enthusiasm in building sales professionals and their teams. MJ loves to travel, experience new places, and be outdoors. You can find him in the mountains of Salt Lake City skiing on the weekends or hiking with his dog!
